These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, tools, and applications provided by Halal Helper LLC, doing business as Omerica Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Paterson, New Jersey (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services — or use them with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Some Services are prototypes, demonstrations, or experimental tools. Features, outputs, and results may change and are not guaranteed to be production-ready. Do not rely on a prototype as a finished professional service. Information on the Services is general and is not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
Certain Services use artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, analysis, or generated content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed before you rely on them. They are not professional advice of any kind. See our AI Use Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: breaking the law; infringing anyone's rights; uploading malware; attempting unauthorized access; scraping or overloading the Services; or using them to harass or harm others.
The Services, and the software, text, and designs we provide (excluding your own content), belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. Work built for a client is governed by that client's separate written agreement.
The Services may link to or embed websites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
We aim to keep information current, but details such as pricing, availability, and hours can change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
Talk to us first. Most problems are solved quickly — email omer@halalhelper.com and give us 30 days to resolve it.
If we cannot, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in New Jersey or conducted remotely, rather than in court. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
You and we waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing omer@halalhelper.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to section 14, the state and federal courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date; continued use means you accept them.
